Buying wholesale
Do you provide manifests?
Yes. Every wholesale lot comes with either a full manifest or a detailed category and unit breakdown before you pay. If a lot is unmanifested, we say so explicitly in the listing.
What condition is your inventory?
It varies by lot and we always disclose it. Depending on the source, lots are new-with-tags, shelf-pull, or customer returns. Customer-return lots are priced accordingly and we do not describe them as new.
What is your minimum order?
Case packs are our entry point and are priced per lot. There is no separate minimum order value beyond the price of the lot you choose.
Can I pick specific brands or sizes?
Sometimes. Some lots are already sorted by brand or size run. Custom sorting is possible on larger orders for an additional fee, since it is labor.
Do you sell to buyers outside Oklahoma?
Yes. Case packs ship nationwide at rates calculated at checkout. Pallets and truckloads ship by freight, quoted per order.
Shipping
How fast do you ship?
Case packs typically ship within 2 business days of payment clearing. Pallets and freight orders take longer to schedule, usually 3 to 7 business days depending on carrier availability.
Can I pick up instead of shipping?
Yes, and it is free. Local pickup is at 411 E Commercial St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012 by appointment.
How is freight calculated on pallets?
We quote freight separately based on your destination, whether you have a loading dock, and whether you need liftgate or residential delivery. Tell us your setup up front so the quote is accurate the first time.
Consignment
What percentage do you take?
It depends on the category, condition, and how much sorting and photography the lot requires. We quote your split in writing after we assess your inventory.
When do I get paid?
On the schedule set in your consignment agreement, along with a report showing what sold and at what price.
What happens to items that don't sell?
Your agreement specifies this up front — either returned to you, rolled into a wholesale lot, or donated, whichever you choose when you sign.
Live shows
Where can I watch your auctions?
We run live shows on Whatnot and TikTok. Follow us on either platform for the current schedule.
Are the website and the live show the same inventory?
Not always. Some inventory is reserved for live shows only, and some brands restrict which channels we can sell them on. If you want a specific item, ask.

Yes. Thriftability, LLC is a registered Oklahoma limited liability company operating from a commercial warehouse in Broken Arrow.
