Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of thriftability.co and any purchase you make from Thriftability, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("Thriftability," "we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Our products
We sell liquidation, overstock, shelf-pull, customer-return, and secondhand apparel and accessories. Our inventory is not new retail stock unless a listing specifically says so. We describe condition as accurately as we can and disclose known flaws. Colors may vary slightly from photographs.
2. Wholesale lots are sold as-described
Wholesale case packs, pallets, and truckloads are sold as-described and as-is, based on the manifest or breakdown provided before purchase. Manifests supplied to us by our upstream sources are passed on in good faith. Where we have counted a lot ourselves, we say so. Liquidation lots contain natural variation, and buyers are expected to understand this. See our returns policy for how we handle materially misdescribed lots.
3. Resale and brand restrictions
Some inventory carries channel restrictions imposed by the brand or the upstream seller. Where a restriction applies, we disclose it. Buyers are responsible for complying with any disclosed restriction, and for their own compliance with platform rules and applicable law when reselling.
Nothing you purchase from us grants you any trademark, license, or authorized-dealer relationship with any brand whose goods appear in a lot.
4. Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Inventory rotates constantly and listings may sell out or be withdrawn. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious error.
5. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including where we suspect fraud, where inventory is no longer available, or where a lot has been misconfigured. Payment must clear before an order ships.
6. Consignment
Consignment arrangements are governed by a separate written consignment agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this website constitutes a consignment offer or sets consignment terms.
7. Coaching and digital products
Educational content, guides, and coaching we may offer reflect our own operating experience. They are not financial, legal, or tax advice, and we make no guarantee of any business result, income, or return on investment. Reselling involves real financial risk. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thriftability's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profits, lost resale value, or other indirect or consequential damages.
9. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for activity under any account you create. Please keep your address and contact details current.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order governs that order.
